We collect information that you, our customer provides to us when you make an inquiry with us. We also maintain a record of customer’s purchases to catalog Ralph Garafola's art collection. We will only use your information to process your order and send an email order confirmation. We may need to contact you via phone; postal mail or email if we have questions regarding your order.

Our policies are designed to create a safe and fair environment. Proper packaging is especially important to avoid any damage during the shipping process.

We welcome domestic and international buyers.

Payment

Bank check is accepted in US Dollars.

Credit and Debit cards are securely processed via PayPal in US Dollars. Your billing address must match the address on your check, credit/ debit card.

All shipments require signature at delivery.

Buyers must open and inspect purchased artwork immediately upon receipt. If we do not hear back immediately upon receipt of your artwork purchase, we will assume that no issues were discovered. If a problem is discovered, we will work with you quickly to resolve it.

Returns and Claims

Buyers must open and inspect the artwork immediately at delivery. In the case of shipping damage, artwork must be photographed at time of signature, and reported to us immediately via email. info@ralphgarafola.com

All packing materials must be saved and used to return the damaged artwork to us. We will assist with the claim. Never ship glass. It is not covered by any bonded shippers. All claims for items shipped with glass will be denied.

Returns will be accepted, and a full refund will be issued only if the artwork was damaged during shipping. You will need a Return Authorization Number to return damaged artwork to us.

Refunds will not be issued if return is sent to the wrong location.

Refund will be issued in the payment method used for purchase.

Right of return applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.

Damaged Giclee painting will be replaced with the same at no expense to you with proof of damage. However, you must make these claims at delivery. Email info@ralphgarafola.com for return authorization and instructions.

All returns must be insured to assure that they successfully arrive back to us.

Customers will be responsible for return shipment fee which can be refunded based on the situation agreement.

No returns or refunds on Giclees or original art.

Frames are often included as a courtesy and are sold as is and are not grounds upon which a buyer may reject a transaction.

Cancellation: Orders cancelled within 2 days of order placement will receive full credit.
